The venue for the event was The Event Centre, Agidingbi, Lagos State, and it saw the participation of over 100 media partners. The primary objective of the gathering was to facilitate networking opportunities and to showcase the company’s forthcoming plans and projects. Additionally, it aimed to provide insights into real estate market strategies for the upcoming year, along with discussions on property trends and market insights.
During the event, Adron Homes emphasized its commitment to delivering high-quality and affordable housing solutions to cater to the needs of its customers. A highlight of the event was the crowning of Mr. and Miss ADRON Media Partners 2024, who were each awarded cash rewards of N250,000 and a plot of land at selected locations. The runners-up received cash rewards of N100,000 and half plots of land.

In his address, Aare Emmanuelking expressed gratitude for the media’s support in disseminating information about Adron Homes’ successes and milestones since its establishment in February 2012. He highlighted the remarkable growth of ADRON Homes, from its humble beginnings with just one office, seven staff, and one selling estate in 2012 to currently operating 52 offices in 9 states, with over 3000 staff and 42 estates. He underscored the company’s commitment to providing housing for every Nigerian, outlining the vision of “Operation Total Take Over,” initiated in 2019 to accelerate growth. He credited the media for enabling ADRON Homes to achieve significant milestones, including the acquisition of over 25,000 acres of land by 2024 without borrowing from banks.
Aare Emmanuelking announced the ultimate rewards for outstanding media practitioners with the best business ideas. He disclosed that in August 2024, ADRON Homes would be announcing the best media platform with “the best business idea,” and the winner would receive a 7-day, all-expenses-paid vacation to any European country, flying business class with their partners or family. Additionally, media practitioners who introduced the highest number of clients to ADRON Homes would receive a new Toyota Camry salon car, while those with the most engaging social media handles would have their offices upgraded with equipment worth N5 million.
