“They want to take them (suspects) to Akure. The youths are angry.”

Gunmen, who have now been confirmed to be ISWAP, in multiple reports, last Sunday, invaded the Owo church and murdered several worshippers, including women and children in Ondo State.

No fewer than 40 people were confirmed dead, with others injured still getting medical attention.

The Police had confirmed that some of the assailants disguised as congregants and fired shots from AK-47 rifles.

According to Agency Report/Daily Independent, the security agency also announced that three unexploded Improvised Explosive Device at the scene (IEDs) were recovered.
