Something bizarre and fascinating happened in Lagos at Oshodi market some days ago is a pastor was seen taking hawkers by surprise, with pretence that he wants to buy, he ended up giving all the hawkers he stopped money to start their own businesses.
It was really an emotional scene because most of them actually took the goods on credit,to sell and get a a little gain of about #700 out of which they pay #100 to the government on daily basis. It is so excruciating and intensely painful to discover that every hawker you see on Lagos pays the government irrespective of the worth of the goods they have,what an insensitive and a wicked government.

The pastor went round with utmost humility and gave about 15 hawkers money to start their own businesses;it was really pathetic because of of the hawkers,the total worth of their goods were less than 2k, you can imagine the level of poverty. A lot of them prayed earnestly for God to bless the servant of God; someone who knew him identified him as Apostle Friday Ikhide but couldn’t tell us the name of his ministry.
