The Christian community in Lagos state has been bothered over the allegation peddled by the Muslims that most lagos state commissioner nominees are Christians.
Let’s set the record straight .
In as much as we don’t want to join issues with our Muslim brothers, some basic facts must be established at this junction.
1.During the presidential election when the Muslim Muslim ticket imbroglio was looming ,We voiced out but in the instrest of peace and patriotism we let it slide and work for the actualization of the renewed hope.
2.All the senators elect from the 3 Senatorial district of Lagos state are all Muslims
Senator Mikaih Adetokunbo Abiru
Senator Idiat Adebule
Senator Eshinolokun
All three trio are Muslims and we never raise any eye brow.
3.The Deputy Governor of Lagos state, Hon Hamzat,Speaker Hon Mudashiru Obasa,and the chief Judge of Lagos state are all Muslims.
We hereby call on our Muslim brothers in lagos state to stop making much ado about nothing and allow peace and tranquility to reign. Let’s continue to co exist as brothers and sisters to make the Greater Lagos rising agenda a reality. .
