Preparations are in top gear by a real estate company Perfection Real Estate Group ( PREG) to launch ‘Own To Rent’ package in 2021. The package is an avenue for prospective investors in real estate to pay a minimum sum of 2.5 million naira for a unit and stand a chance to earn for life from rentage of the apartment.

Perfection Real Estate Group has secured a vast mass of land at Ibeju Lekki where the project will take place. 180 Units consisting of one -bedroom apartment will be constructed in Ibeju -Lekki and would be made readily available for rentage on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on the choice of the clients.
The Ibeju-Lekki Own to rent 20 million naira project for a unit has been simplified for investors to pay 2.5 million naira and get merged with 8 others or 5million naira to be merged with 4 others and each individual investor would earn accordingly.
Addressing pressmen, the president of perfectiong Real Estate Group Niyi Adeleye, urged investors to key into this initiative as it is a new dawn and first of its kind in real estate. He posited that Ibeju-Lekki is fast developing with constructions of roads and buildings going on, he added that Dangote refinery is nearing completion and that expatriate and tourists would begin to flood the place in their numbers in no time.
‘’By the time Dangote refinery is up and running coupled with Lekki Free Zone then Ibeju -Lekki will bubble on a daily basis and expatriates will throng the place regularly to do business , by then this project would rake in money’’ He said.
