The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, has died.
Reports have said the monarch died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025.
Recall that Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin was crowned as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland in a ceremony that attracted the crème de la crème of Nigerian society.
The late king took over from the 42nd King Oba Mahood Lekan Balogun, who died on the 14th of March 2024 at 81.
