- Professor: Minimum of 3 years as Associate Professor, 40+ points in scholarly publications
- Associate Professor: Ph.D., minimum 28 points in scholarly publications
- Senior Lecturer: Ph.D. or professional equivalent, minimum 18 publication points
- Lecturer I: 3+ years teaching experience, publication points or Ph.D.
- Lecturer II: Ph.D. or relevant master’s degree, publication points
- Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications
