Adron Homes has been honoured with an Appreciation Award by the Lagos State Government under the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. The recognition further reiterates the company’s leadership position in the Nigerian real estate sector.
The plaque was presented on the 6th of October at the 2025 World Habitat Day Celebration held in Lagos, with this year’s theme, “Urban Crisis Response: Flooding in Focus.”
The event united key policymakers, industry leaders and shareholders to deliberate on ways to tackle increasing urban development obstacles, especially flooding.
Speaking at the gathering, the Honourable Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr Oluyinka Olumide, appreciated Adron Homes for guaranteeing sustainable urban growth across Nigeria for many years.
Respected for its tangible contribution to community planning, housing development and infrastructure investment, the company’s efforts have gone a long way towards delivering inclusive and livable cities for several citizens.
Accepting the award, the Managing Director, Adron Homes, Mrs Adenike Ajobo, thanked the Lagos State Government for recognizing the company’s passion for uplifting Nigeria via real estate development.
Stating that Adron Homes will keep building communities that guarantee growth and safety, she stressed that the company will keep complementing the government’s development efforts.
“We are deeply honoured by this recognition from the Lagos State Government. It reiterates our commitment to nation-building through real estate innovation and responsible urban development.
At Adron Homes, we believe in building communities that foster growth, safety, and sustainability.
We will continue to support the government’s efforts in creating livable cities through proper planning, environmental responsibility, and inclusive development,” she said.
The audience was well represented by top Adron Homes executives, including the Deputy Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Mr. Teddy Babatunde, Tpl. Dipeolu Rotimi and Tpl. Waliu, who also showed up on stage to receive the award and rub minds with other industry leaders during the event.
The recognition comes at the right time, during the celebration of International Customer Service Week 2025, themed “Mission Possible,” reinforcing Adron Homes’ customer-centred approach to business.
The award will boost the company’s desire to not just build cities, communities and homes, but also to make home ownership a realistic possibility for every Nigerian.
Revered for being a leader in the real estate sector, the latest recognition adds to the increasing list of accolades the company has earned over the years, and it’ll surely inspire Adron Homes to keep touching lives through quality homes.
