The organisers of Big Brother Naija have announced that auditions for its 11th season will officially begin on May 22, 2026.
According to the organisers, the selection process will hold physically in selected cities across Nigeria, marking a return to in-person auditions after several seasons of online and hybrid formats.
Registration for interested applicants opened on May 16 and will close on May 20. The organisers noted that only candidates who complete their registration within this window will be considered for the next stage of the audition process.
They also stated that participation is free, but applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess valid identification documents to qualify.
Due to limited slots, the registration portal may close earlier than scheduled once the required number of applicants is reached. Successful candidates will receive confirmation emails inviting them for the physical auditions.
The audition exercise is scheduled to take place between May 22 and May 24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The organisers added that the return to physical auditions is intended to restore the show’s original selection format used in its early seasons.
The last season of the show was won by Opeyemi Ayanwale, who emerged victorious on October 5, 2025, after competing against 28 other housemates to win the ₦150 million grand prize.
