Billionaire heiress and actress Temi Otedola recently shared insights into what she considers the most financially challenging period of her life. Speaking on a popular podcast hosted by Nigerian YouTuber Eniola Olanrewaju, also known as Korty EO, Temi responded to a question about the “brokest” she has ever been as the daughter of the wealthy Femi Otedola.
The question elicited laughter from Temi, who described it as one of the funniest queries she has ever encountered. Recounting a pivotal moment during her teenage years, she shared that, at the age of 15, her mother informed her that her pocket money would be discontinued.
In response to this financial shift, the “Citation” star and wife of singer Mr Eazi found herself working in a clothing store, dedicating around 12 hours a day to earn her keep. This experience, she noted, provided valuable insights and instilled in her a deep appreciation for every hard-earned penny.
Temi revealed that during that particular summer, she managed to accumulate a total of $1,200 through her efforts, a feat that left her immensely proud. This experience, Temi Otedola noted, shaped her perspective on the true value of money, and she recommends the same for parents too.
