NNPP recently revealed wished the members who decided to leave all the best in their future political ambitions.
Speaking via a press statement signed by Comr. Aliyu Ak Balarabe, National Organising Secretary, Kwankwasiyya Media Forum, the party maintained that their defections will not be criticised because members will always come and go, but NNPP will remain.

He noted that while some courageous and resilient passengers stay on the bus until it gets to its final bus stop against all odds, other fragile passengers will prefer to alight when the journey gets too tough for them to handle.
Reiterating that defection in politics is only natural, Balarabe stated that their decisions will not affect the New Nigerian People’s Party’s unity, focus, structures or supporters.
The party’s leadership confirmed that it remains steadfast with its vision for a greater Nigeria, and the new members who have been joining from all walks of life keep proving its relevance in Nigeria’s political space.
He then urged members and supporters to remain focused on the end goal, noting that NNPP will continue progressing as a party alongside its ever-determined and ever-hopeful members.
