The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared two individuals linked to Oasis Vivacity Global Limited wanted over alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretense and fraudulent diversion of funds.
The two persons are Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu, a 31-year-old woman from Imo State, and Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle, a 32-year-old manEkiti State.
In separate wanted notices published by the EFCC, the Commission said both individuals are wanted in connection with an alleged case of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretense and fraudulent diversion of funds.
According to the notices, Nwachukwu is of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited, while Adekunle is also identified as being of the same company.
The EFCC said Nwachukwu’s last known address is House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State. Adekunle is listed with the same last known address.
The anti-graft agency appealed to members of the public with useful information about their whereabouts to contact the Commission.
The EFCC listed its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt and Abuja as points of contact.
Members of the public may also contact the Commission through the telephone number 08093322644, via info@efcc.gov.ng, or through the nearest police station and other security agencies, according to the notices.
The notices were signed by Dele Oyewale, Head, Media & Publicity, on behalf of the EFCC.
The Commission’s declaration places the two individuals among persons it is seeking in connection with an ongoing investigation. Being declared wanted or named in an EFCC notice does not, by itself, constitute a finding of guilt; the allegations remain subject to investigation and due process of law.
