Nollywood actress Foluke Daramola and her husband, Kayode Salako, have allegedly ended their marriage following an extended period of difficulties.
Sources familiar with the situation indicate that the couple has been living separately for close to a year, though they kept the separation private. Reports suggest Salako has returned to his previous family, while Daramola is said to have entered a new relationship with someone based in Abuja.
Those close to the couple say the decision to keep their split out of the public eye may have been influenced by Daramola’s reported political interests in the Oshodi area of Lagos. Despite presenting a united image publicly, insiders claim the marriage had deteriorated significantly before the separation.
