As African businesses navigate an increasingly complex economic landscape and accelerate their digital transformation, executive leadership firm Transform7, in collaboration with Self Affair Africa, has announced The Blueprint—an exclusive executive summit designed for ambitious founders, C-suite executives, and business leaders seeking to scale with greater clarity, strategy, and innovation.
Scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Four Points by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos, the one-day executive experience will focus on three critical pillars of sustainable business growth: Leading Self, Leveraging AI, and Building Scalable Strategy.
The summit will feature a distinguished international faculty of leadership experts, entrepreneurs, and industry innovators, including:
- Simran Magnani – Founder, Yogshivir (India)
- Mamadou Guebre – Founder, Leadership Lab (Côte d’Ivoire)
- Rahmah Zakareeyah – Founder, Self Affair Africa (Nigeria)
- Femi Komolafe – Artificial Intelligence Expert (Nigeria)
- Rabia Usoro – Chief Executive Officer, Hareem Istanbul (Türkiye)
“To build businesses that outgrow their founders, today’s executives must master both transformational leadership and the strategic application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,” the organizers said. “The Blueprint was designed to deliver practical, decision-ready insights that leaders can immediately apply within their organizations.”
Participants will engage in executive fireside conversations, founder hot-seat sessions, interactive leadership panels, live AI strategy demonstrations, and curated networking opportunities with senior executives and business leaders.
Early-bird registration is now open, with attendance limited to ensure a high-quality executive learning experience.
