Nollywood actor and skitmaker Kamo State has hailed popular comedian AY Makun for the opportunity to work alongside him.
He recently expressed his heartfelt appreciation via his Instagram page, and fans have been reacting.
Alongside a video of himself and AY during a shoot, Kamo described the moment as a lifelong dream fulfilled.
He stated that the legendary comedian deserves praise for being accessible, stressing that not many celebrities of his status act like him.
“It’s a dream come true shooting a skit with UNCLE AY. Thank you for the gift of access, Sir @aycomedian” he wrote.
In a show of humility, AY responded in the comment section, saying, “Thank you for the opportunity,” further highlighting the mutual respect and admiration between both public figures.
Meanwhile, Kamo State recently shared an interesting story about a gift he received from Funke Akindele.
Speaking during an Instagram Q&A session, Kamo State disclosed that the actress recently gifted him an iPhone 16 Pro Max worth a staggering N2.4 million.
According to him, even though the successful filmmaker warned him not to post about the gift online, he cannot receive such a massive blessing and keep quiet.
“Funke Akindele is a mother to many, even before I met her. I am just the dramatic son; that’s why mine is loud.
Just last week, she bought me an iPhone 16 PROMAX for N2.4M and warned me not to post it. The things I post about her are just 1% out of the 100% she has done for me and my family,” he added.
