The Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has praised the return of Dr. Olajide Adediran, a.k.a Jandor, to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He recently described Jandor’s decision to return as a “wise and good move.”
Speaking while hosting his guest at his official residence in Ikeja GRA, Obasa hailed Jandor for taking the bold step.
According to him, APC is the party that truly represents the aspirations of Lagosians and Nigerians at large, therefore Jandor can be assured of a smooth reintegration back at where it all started.
He stated that the aim remains to guarantee good governance to the good people of Lagos State.
“Your return to the progressive family is a very wise and good move,” he said.
Responding, Jandor thanked Obasa for the warm reception, reaffirming his commitment to working with the APC family for the progress of the state and the nation.
He concluded by commending President Bola Tinubu for his recent tax reforms, stressing that they are bold measures taken in the genuine interest of Nigerians despite expected criticisms.
“It takes courage and leadership to introduce such reforms in the face of resistance. The President has once again demonstrated his resolve to put the people first, and I align fully with this vision,” he added.
