Nollywood actor and filmmaker Ugezu Ugezu has shared an observation about people who embezzle community funds. He recently revealed that those who embezzle successfully never end well, and Nigerians have been reacting.
In an Instagram post, Ugezu said that the corrupt figures who manage to end well always have curses waiting for their successors.
Questioning why people decide to keep what belongs to so many people for themselves, he stated that the evil doers should always remember that karma is faceless.
He insisted that only a foolish person would intentionally leave curses for their generations unborn.
“People who survive by embezzling community funds do not always end well.
Where they manage to end well, the curse waits for their successors.
This is commonplace.
I don’t know why people still do it.
Karma is faceless.
Only a foolish person will leave curses for his or her successors,” he wrote.
