Lagos Lawmaker, Tunde Braimoh Dies

A member of Lagos State House of Assembly, Tunde Braimoh has passed on.

Tunde Braimoh is suspected to have died of Covid-19 complications.

Braimoh’s death comes after his counterpart in the upper legislative chamber, Senator Sikiru Adebayo Osinowo died of COVID-19.

Until his death, Braimoh represented Kosofe constituency 2 in the Lagos State House of Assembly.

He was the Chairman, Lagos State House Committee on Information, Security and Strategy.

Braimoh had also served in the parliament as the Chairman, House Committee on Judiciary, Petitions and Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC).

He once served as the Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area, now Ikosi Isheri Local Council.

The deceased is survived by wife and children.
