Popular Nigerian musician Olugbemiro Tokunbo, a.k.a GT Da Guitarman, and his wife, Adedolapo Abiodun, are celebrating the arrival of their first child.
They recently welcomed a bouncing baby girl, and fans have been reacting.
GT’s daughter was born at exactly 2:16 PM (14:16 Boston time) on Friday, June 21, 2025, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.
He became famous as a Nigerian singer in the early 2000s with memorable hit songs like “Dreamer”, “Eko Ile”, and a powerful verse on General Pype’s “Champion Remix.”
Popular for his stunning vocals and brilliant guitar skills, the songwriter and instrumentalist remains a beloved figure in Nigeria’s music scene.
Announcing the great news on social media, GT wrote, “My heartbeat, Adedolapo, and I welcomed our precious baby girl into the world. His wife, Adedolapo Abiodun, is a software engineer and realtor based in Boston. She originally hails from Ekiti State, Nigeria, but is now an American citizen.
