Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Neche, has voluntarily withdrawn from the reality television competition.
Neche, who was the Head of House for the week, announced her decision to the other housemates shortly after Sunday night’s live eviction show.
She called the housemates together in the lounge and told them that she had made up her mind to leave the competition. However, she did not reveal the reason for her sudden decision.
Her announcement reportedly left the other contestants emotional. Neche subsequently removed her microphone and name tag before heading to the diary room to complete the process of her exit.
Her unexpected departure has generated reactions among BBNaija viewers, with some fans speculating that the development could be part of a prank, surprise or twist introduced by the organisers.
The 2026 edition of BBNaija, tagged “Show Ya Sef,” premiered on July 26, featuring 24 housemates competing for a record ₦160 million grand prize.
Martins and Mercedes were the first contestants to exit the show after being evicted, while Kamsy became the third housemate to leave the competition during Sunday’s live eviction show.
Neche’s voluntary withdrawal now adds another unexpected twist to the ongoing season.
