Nestlé Nigeria has announced the commencement of applications for its highly anticipated 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme. The initiative offers an exciting opportunity for young Nigerian graduates to launch or advance their careers with the world’s leading food and beverage company.
The programme is targeted at graduates with less than two years of professional work experience and aims to groom the next generation of industry leaders through hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship from top professionals in various fields.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (or Upper Credit for polytechnic graduates) in any relevant discipline
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Less than two years of post-NYSC work experience
