OnlyFans creator and media personality Lily Phillips has shared details about her recent decision to be rebaptized, describing it as an intentional effort to restore her connection with God after a period of distance from her faith.
The 24-year-old acknowledged that she had stepped away from religion for some time. “I think for a while I’d kind of deviated from religion, and I think I was kind of in denial for a lot of it,” she explained. Phillips said a significant personal challenge prompted her spiritual renewal. “Quite a big thing happened in my personal life, where I felt the need to start speaking to God again,” she shared, adding that the baptism represented a way to “reinstate my relationship with God.”
During this difficult period, Phillips turned to faith for support. “I looked to God for help in that and to give me more strength,” she said. Her family, whom she described as religious—noting that a close relative serves as a vicar—welcomed her decision enthusiastically. “They were delighted,” she remarked.
Regarding her work in the adult content industry, Phillips said she hasn’t yet connected with others who share Christian beliefs but suspects many exist and may avoid discussing their faith publicly due to potential judgment. “There are a lot of Christian girls in this industry,” she observed, “but people might not feel comfortable talking about it.”
Responding to potential criticism, Phillips said, “I can understand people maybe not thinking I’m a good Christian, and that’s totally fine.” She stressed that faith is deeply individual, stating, “Everyone’s relationship with God is bespoke to them.”
Moving forward, Phillips indicated she intends to focus on her faith, personal wellbeing, and family relationships while considering opportunities outside her current profession.
