Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, the Otun Akile of Remoland and Chief Executive of Adron Group, has congratulated the Akarigbo of Remoland, His Royal Majesty Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, and the entire Remo community as they mark the second annual Remo Day celebration.
In his message commemorating the occasion, Emmanuelking described the event as an important celebration of Remo heritage and collective progress. He praised the cultural pride and resilience that characterize the Remo people, whose unity continues to foster community development.
The business leader commended the Akarigbo’s visionary leadership and the traditional institution’s role in maintaining peace and cultural continuity throughout Remoland. He also welcomed the participation of Ogun State Governor at the celebration, viewing it as a meaningful gesture of support for the Remo community and acknowledging the governor’s development initiatives across the state.
Emmanuelking emphasized that Remo Day serves as more than ceremonial gathering—it represents a homecoming that honors ancestral contributions while reinforcing unity and shared commitment to progress. He recognized the achievements of Remo indigenes both locally and abroad, whose entrepreneurial efforts have established Remoland as a hub of economic activity and social cohesion.
“As a proud son of Remoland, I am inspired by the unity and sense of purpose that define our people,” he said, expressing hope that the celebration would further strengthen community bonds and accelerate development.
Speaking on behalf of his family and the leadership of Adron Group, Emmanuelking extended best wishes for a successful celebration and offered prayers for continued peace and prosperity in Remoland and Ogun State.
