Speculation about his health arose after images of him looking frail with a swollen stomach went viral. However, Arinze has now clarified that the photos were taken on a movie set and do not reflect his actual condition.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the actor reassured fans, saying, “As you can see, I am not sick. I am as fit as a fiddle and of sound mind.”
He also warned against scams exploiting the false news, urging people not to send money or donations on his behalf.
