Popular rapper Meek Mill has publicly addressed the ongoing federal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
He recently distanced himself from the allegations tied to the case, and fans have been reacting.
Speaking via his social media page, Meek Mill expressed frustration at being indirectly linked with claims made in Lil Rod’s dropped lawsuit against the music executive.
He revealed that Lil Rod saying that Diddy once made disturbing s*xual remarks and boasted about his intimate encounters with a Philadelphia rapper who once dated Nicki Minaj has nothing to do with him, since his name was not mentioned.
According to him, even though Lil Rod never spelt anything out with his vague statement, blogs keep spreading lies and amplifying a false agenda that is already against him.
“In the midst of Diddy on federal trial I wanna bring back up ‘Lil Rod’ and his lawsuit that was dropped. He never said my name but these blogs amplified that whole agenda against me. My culture don’t believe it but it’s an attack on my brand,” he wrote.
The lyricist revealed that the most insane thing he ever saw at a Diddy party was coke vibes, and he has never cared about smoking weed like that.
The rapper blasted the false online narratives about him, adding that several interviews with him as the topic are nothing but stories meant to bait members of the public.
“The craziest thing I seen at a Puff party is coke vibes — and that’s going on at all these parties… I’m from Norf Philly, I had millions since I was 23! I don’t even wanna be addicted to weed! Not judging but I see it different!
I was running into Suge Knight and Big U when I came to LA — no camera phone vibes! I was showing [people] out there it’s more to life with Black success,” he added.
