Brazilian forward, Neymar has said that the 2026 World Cup in North America could change the way football is experienced.
He recently revealed that it is going to be the craziest World Cup tournament the world has ever seen.
Speaking during an interview with Disney+, Neymar shared that the entertainment atmosphere at North American sports events are always one of a kind, and it is sad that the other parts of the world are yet to catch up to their standard.
The ex-Barcelona player stated that people don’t attend NBA events just to watch a basketball game; they pay their ticket fee to see an outstanding entertainment show that will blow their minds.

According to Neymar, North American venues always make their sporting gatherings worth your ticket fee, and it is definitely a wake-up call for other countries and continents to do something different.
The talented footballer concluded by saying that entertainment can be combined with football without taking anything away from the beautiful game.
“They make it worth your while to go. If you take that as a reference, it’s good for Brazil. In soccer, you have a 90-minute game and there’s nothing during halftime. Everyone goes to the stadium gates to hang out. Why not inside the stadium? Do something different?
Entertainment can be used in many ways. And without detracting from everyone’s focus.”
