The Senate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Monday, appointed the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development Services), Professor Folasade Ogunsola, as its acting vice-chancellor.
She was elected by the Senate of the University at their meeting and she contested the position with the DVC management Services, Prof Ben Oghojafor.
Prof. Ogunsola by her appointment becomes the first female to ascend the position.
