At the 2026 Ojude Oba Festival in Ijebu Ode, Senator Gbenga Daniel received a rousing and spontaneous reception from thousands of sons and daughters of Ijebuland, as chants, applause and cheers filled the pavilion in a rare show of collective admiration.
