Adron Homes and Properties, a leading real estate company headed by its Chairman and CEO, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, visited the palace of His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, CFR, in Ile-Ife on October 20. The visit aimed to secure the monarch’s endorsement for the upcoming ADRON GAMES 2024, set to take place in November in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The visit followed a week-long celebration of the Ooni’s recent birthday. Aare Adetola, who also bears the title Aare Akile Adimula Oodua, praised the Ooni for his consistent support for the real estate sector and his significant efforts in promoting sports in Nigeria as a means of community development. During the visit, Aare Adetola presented a soccer ball to the Ooni, who playfully displayed his skills, and also gifted him a framed official jersey, symbolizing the monarch’s endorsement of the upcoming sports event.
The Adron Games aims to bring together sports enthusiasts, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders for a series of indoor and outdoor competitions, offering exciting prizes across various categories.
The Ooni formally endorsed the Adron Games with a signed letter and confirmed his intention to attend. He applauded Adron Homes for its dedication to sports development, recognizing it as a powerful tool for uniting young people across Nigeria, transcending ethnic and regional barriers. The monarch also expressed appreciation for Adron’s support during the Annual Olojo Festival and the recent birthday celebrations.
