Adron Group used the 10th Anniversary Africa ESG Conference and Nigeria Project Expo 2026 to spotlight its affordable property offerings and flexible payment structures aimed at widening access to homeownership for Nigerians.
Leading the company’s delegation, Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, MNIM, MNIPR — representing Chairman and Group CEO Aare Adetola Olanipekun Emmanuelking — restated Adron’s commitment to affordability, integrity, excellence and innovation.
The firm currently offers payment plans stretching up to 36 months for regular plots and as long as 100 months for its Vitco plots. Its property portfolio on display included Grace & Mercy Gardens, Lemon Friday Plus, Forever Young, and other housing developments.
Adron Group says the strategy reflects its broader push to make property ownership more accessible to Nigerian families.
