Real estate firm Adron Homes and Properties Limited has launched a Ramadan-themed property campaign aimed at making homeownership more accessible for Nigerians, running from January 20 to April 6, 2026.
The promotion offers buyers a 30% discount on land purchases, backed by a 36-month flexible payment plan spread across the company’s estates in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan-Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa, and Niger states.
Beyond the price cuts, the company has tied seasonal incentives to qualifying payments. Buyers who commit ₦200,000 will receive a provision hamper, while those paying ₦400,000 will receive an automated prayer mat — both gifts intended to complement the spiritual and domestic routines of the fasting season.
Adron Homes says the campaign is designed to help families, investors, and diaspora Nigerians convert the reflective spirit of Ramadan into long-term financial action, positioning land acquisition as a stable, appreciating asset rather than a short-term seasonal expense.
The company says it remains focused on delivering secure land titles, prime locations, and pricing structures that lower the barrier to entry for first-time buyers. Prospective clients are encouraged to act before the promo closes on April 6.
