Popular music mogul Diddy had some words for the sketch artist who drew him during his months-long sex trafficking trial.
The disgraced rapper was depicted in court sketches visibly panicking when jurors reached a verdict on four of the five charges against him.
He was seen collapsing in his chair when jurors eventually declared that he was not guilty of racketeering conspiracy – the top charge against him.
Diddy was, however, found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The images, some of which were done by Jane Rosenberg, showed rare glimpses into Diddy’s mood during the high-profile proceedings.
Jane has since come out to say that the music executive was not pleased with the way she portrayed him in court, even going as far as criticizing her work during a break in proceedings last month.
According to her, even if she did not hear Diddy’s criticism initially, he repeated himself and asked her to make him look softer in her images.
She took the thumb down in good faith, noting that she even discussed it with the rapper’s mother, Janice Combs, when they met in the elevator.
Jane concluded by saying that it took her some time to figure out how to properly draw Diddy because he does not look anything like he used to.
“And he said, “You made me look like a koala bear,”
In the elevator, they were saying “Thank you for being such an unbiased artist,” And I told them, “Today, Diddy said I made him look like a koala bear.” And they all started chuckling.
He was not a simple likeness to do.
He’s got an unusual look. And he doesn’t look anything like he used to,” she said.
