Executive Hotel & Suites has clinched one of the travel industry’s most respected accolades the Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2026 in a recognition that speaks volumes about the hotel’s unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
The award, now in its thirteenth year, is determined entirely by verified reviews from guests who booked and stayed through the Booking.com platform. Properties must sustain consistently high overall satisfaction scores to qualify, making the honour a credible and hard-earned stamp of hospitality quality. This year’s edition spans more than 200 countries, with millions of partner properties recognised through Booking.com’s parent company, Booking Holdings Inc.
For Dr. Ajoke Ogunsan, Managing Director and CEO of Executive Hotel & Suites, the recognition carries a deeply personal significance. “Receiving this award from one of the world’s leading travel and hospitality booking platforms is a testament to our team’s relentless dedication,” she said, adding that the achievement reflects not just management’s vision but the collective effort of every member of staff.
The timing makes the milestone even more meaningful. Executive Hotel & Suites marked its first anniversary in the hospitality industry this February, meaning the property earned global recognition within its very first year of operation — a remarkable feat by any standard.
Guests have consistently praised the hotel for its warm and attentive service, well-appointed accommodations, and smooth, hassle-free experiences throughout their stays. Those glowing reviews ultimately formed the backbone of the award qualification.
Looking ahead, Dr. Ogunsan made clear that this recognition is a launchpad, not a finish line. “This is just the beginning of our journey to become a leading name in exceptional hospitality across the region and beyond,” she said, signalling the hotel’s ambitions for continued growth and an ever-stronger reputation in a competitive market.
