Since being acquired by Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in 2008, Manchester City has claimed seven league titles. They now stand just two wins away from achieving a remarkable treble, a feat previously accomplished only by Manchester United in 1999.
The upcoming FA Cup final against Manchester United on June 3 and the subsequent Champions League final against Inter Milan provide City with the opportunity to further solidify their dominance. They enter both games as clear favorites.

Nottingham Forest’s Taiwo Awoniyi’s goal in the 19th minute against Arsenal effectively ended their hopes of claiming their first league title since 2004.
Additionally, Nottingham Forest’s victory secured their safety from relegation in their first season back in the top flight since 1999.
