Project Lead Africa has revealed the Ondo State Entrepreneurship Agency (ONDEA) as the official headline sponsor for the upcoming 2023 Leadership Excellence and Dignity Awards. The organizers anticipate that this partnership will elevate the awards ceremony, making it even more significant with the backing of prominent organizations driving innovation and progress both within and beyond Ondo State.

With the theme “Celebrating High Achievers,” the 2023 Lead Awards aims to recognize the unsung heroes of the Sunshine State, unveiling a new wave of highly creative and talented individuals and organizations determined to elevate Ondo State to new heights.
Dr. Summy Smart Francis (hc), the Special Adviser to the Ondo State Governor on Entrepreneurship Development, highlighted that ONDEA’s decision to sponsor the 2023 Lead Awards stems from a commitment to inform, educate, and inspire creatives and professionals, particularly the youth in Ondo State.
Mr. Smart, also the founder and President of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E), expressed his appreciation to the Executive Governor of Ondo State for providing a platform for young people to thrive. He looks forward to sharing insights and interacting with fellow compatriots at this year’s Lead Awards.
