Seun Afolabi to Release New Direction Atoka in 2023
Renowned Nollywood Filmmaker, Seun Afolabi has released behind-the-scene photos of his new project titled, Atoka for Aguda Media & Hill Visions Studios.

Atoka follows the story of Wale, a down-on-his-luck young man relocates with his wife to his hometown for a glimpse of hope, given the loss of his job in a renowned organisation. However, things take a dramatic turn when he has to implore an unconventional teaching approach to help a failing student reach his full potential or risk losing all hope in humanity.

Atoka parades an array of Nollywood stars including Soledayo Adegbite, Oluwatobi Fakos, Damilare Aguda, Damilola Oni, Razak Olayiwola, Joke Muyiwa, Seyitan Adeyemi, Femi Ademiluyi and Iwalola Adekugbe.

Speaking on plans for Atoka, Afolabi hinted,
“The film is set to begin Festival tours both Nationally and internationally from January 2023 and expected to find a home with streamers afterwards.”
