A woman was arrested on Wednesday, July 31, for having s*x with a 15-year-old boy following an investigation by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Leeann Yammarino, 43, was charged with four counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation began on Tuesday, July 30 after a 15-year-old boy told deputies that he and Yammarino had s*xual intercourse two times.
APSO said Yammarino and the teenager did know each other before the start of their s*xual relationship and that it lasted for at least three months.
As the investigation unfolded, detectives found that the Prairieville woman sent the 15-year-old and three other males between the ages of 14-16 lewd images and videos of herself, according to APSO.
She was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail on Wednesday, July 31.
The investigation remains ongoing.
