Reactions have continued to trail the viral news of the disqualification of Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State and two other aspirants from contesting the primaries, by the screening committee of All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday.
The party is billed to hold her primary governorship election June 22.
The disqualification was announced at the party headquarters in Abuja, the Chairman of the screening committee, Professor Jonathan Ayuba, said only three aspirants were qualified to contest for the primary.
According to the screening committee, Obaseki presented the Higher School Certificate which the panel said was defective as no such certificate in existence, adding that the National Youth Service Corps certificate he presented did not have his name written properly.

In a similar development, embattled Governor Obaseki has vowed not to appeal the verdict, as according to him, he is sure he would not get justice.

I watched a video of Oshiomole praising the exemplary leadership skills of Obaseki when he was celebrating two years in office, and tried juxtaposing it with recent happenings. I agree that really, if you have something to hide, don't join politics.
Obaseki made a mistake fighting his Godfather... Just like Ambode.
You just don't make an enemy of someone that can decide your fate!!!
