In what security operatives have described as a lone abduction in Kebbi State, some yet-to-be identified gunmen on Thursday, abducted a farm manager identified as Sani Ango in the Gwarin Baka under Ngaski Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
According to a source, one Abdullahi Yalmo Sani was abducted at a farm house around 2am on Thursday in the where he was met alone because other staff of the farm had closed for the day.
Although no one was said to have been hurt even as the gunmen fired gun shots sporadically into the air to scare residents and other farm workers who may be tempted to want to attempt daring operation rescue on him from the abductors.
Our correspondent further gathered that the gunmen who whisked him away to an unknown destination have yet to establish contact with his family members.
Meanwhile, calls and text messages sent to the Kebbi Police image maker, CSP Nafiu Abubakar, were not answered just as he didn’t reply to text messages sent to him for more details on the incident.
