Nigerian digital solutions company, Bytes Ahead Limited and airSlate have entered a partnership to reduce printing costs across Nigeria.
The strategic collaboration between Bytes Ahead Limited and airSlate, a firm specialising in document management and workflow automation, is set to help companies decrease printing and documentation costs by up to 70%.
Speaking on the partnership, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bytes Ahead Limited, David Nkpoku, said that both companies aim to drive workflow automation for banks, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)
“This partnership positions us at the forefront of Nigeria’s digital transformation movement. Together with airSlate, we are bringing world-class workflow automation to Nigerian banks, SMEs, government agencies, and enterprises—cutting down costs, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with standards like NDPR, CBN mandates, SOC 2, and GDPR,” he said.
While the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) offers legal protection for the processing of personal data, the SOC 2 (System and Organisation Controls 2) is a voluntary compliance standard created to help service providers properly manage and safeguard customer data.
David noted that the partnership delivers a timely remedy to market problems while reshaping the future of digital transformation in the country with a paperless revolution.
He believes that Bytes Ahead Limited and airSlate can fasten vital processes like Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, procurement approvals, loan application workflows, and compliance monitoring.
Justifying the collaboration, he stated that the company has the trust of several organisations globally, and they never fail to deliver robust and no-code automation tools that simplify touch workflows, get rid of bottlenecks, and enhance compliance across industries. He further said that as the Nigerian business climate continues to evolve, the demand for cost-effective, safe, and scalable digital solutions will become more urgent.
